第一节 肠癌治疗必须有相对强大的身体素质为前提，传统的滋补药膳、补血养生方面的经验，在调理患者身体血象指标方面远远胜于西医
患者每次化疗前，医生都要做抽血化验检查，以排除患者不适合接受化疗的隐患，医生化疗前抽血查：1，肝功能，2，肾功能，3，血小板，4红细胞，5，白细胞五项指标。因为化疗药有很大的毒性，化疗时需要正常的肝肾功能把毒性代谢出体外，而血小板，（凝血功能）白细胞，（免疫功能）红细胞（是否贫血）是一个人身体素质的几个最关键的指标，也是患者身体素质是否可以接受化疗治疗的前提条件，患者指标不合格了谨慎的医生会中断化疗疗程，而进取的化疗医生会冒险继续化疗1-2次之后，患者不做滋补药膳和食疗稳住血象，身体指标会恶化得非常快，直到医生停止化疗疗程。
鱼胶，是迅速提高血象、稳定血象的宝贝，几乎所有患者，任何治疗时间都可以吃！
化疗期提高和稳定血象一般方法是术后患者在一个月的休息期间内，就未雨绸缪的给患者吃补气补血药膳，血象还比较好的患者要多吃高蛋白食物，日常炖猪、牛骨头药材汤喝；血象处于合格以上不多的患者要突击做几次滋补食疗，把血象指标提高到远离合格线以上，养好术后的身体随时准备投入术后一个月的战斗；化疗前血象就处于不合格或合格边缘的患者，要两三天炖一次鱼胶吃，每天喝一次患者喜欢口味的活鱼浓鱼汤，或每天喝一次骨头药材汤；药材可以根据患者的生化指标肝肾功能的指标，适当选用下列补肝补肾的药材一起炖，肝肾功能正常的患者一般选用下列药材的补气补血药材一起炖；不合格患者基本2天一次，血象正常维持血象的患者补血补气一般3-4天一次，康复期患者一般一周一次都足够了。
第二节 传统滋补药膳和食疗在满足西医化疗前提的血象方面，功不可没，效果喜人
其实，几十年前，鱼胶非常昂贵，是大富大贵的家庭女性才有能力，生理周期过后贫血有能力喝到这种昂贵的补品，一般家庭女性生孩子后，能够喝上几次炖鱼胶就很幸运了，就是小康之家才有能力了。现代捕鱼技术先进，国际贸易畅通，只有中国人吃鱼胶，世界的鱼胶都汇集到中国来，加上网店的赢者通吃的激烈竞争，薄利多销才有了今天这么便宜的补品，肠癌患者处于任何治疗期滋补都适合适量炖鱼胶吃，家庭经济一般的就买价格最便宜的鱼胶就行，家庭经济充裕的患者体弱血象差的，可以购买比较贵的鱼胶炖着吃，血象提高相当之快，我化疗期间吃了四斤3000多元的鱼胶，我化疗结束白细胞计数还在7以上，红细胞手术前因为肿瘤大出血大便喷血导致贫血，术后喝鱼胶之后不降反升到合格以上的水平，直到化疗结束都合格，患者和家属不要忽视鱼胶的补血补身功效，其实是现代人非常幸福，往日达官贵人才能享用的补品，10年前还被炒得价格很高，现在的价格已经回落到普罗百姓都吃得起的价格了；正是旧时王谢堂前燕，飞入平常百姓家了
患者滋补药膳提高身体素质和恶补提高血象时要注意少食多餐，每天一次饭后出门遛弯2小时帮助消化，调整放松患者心情，滋补期间要注意患者的肠胃吸收情况，通常患者大便粘屁股时，一般是反映患者肠胃消化不了那么多高蛋白食物，要适时喝点祛湿热的口服液调整一下肠胃功能，帮助消化吸收正常，突击滋补的营养才能够被充分吸收达到改善血象的目的；发现患者便秘了，就要注意患者的食物和调料和药材中，减掉热气的食物，如煎炸食物、姜葱蒜、花椒、胡椒等火气大的调料品，炖汤里去掉如黄芪、党参、当归偏热气的药材；改放其它温补偏凉性的、可食用的如莲子、百合、花旗参、枸杞、红枣等药材；体寒长期拉稀患者刚好反过来做。
第三节 炖鱼胶、浓鱼汤、浓肉汤都是西医要求的容易消化吸收高蛋白食物
患者治疗期间家里要备有隔水炖的电炖锅一个，内胆容量在两碗左右，给患者炖鱼胶或者炖药膳非常方便，炖鱼胶或者炖补血补气中药，把材料洗干净放里面加水，按开关就行，2-3个小时就是补血补气的药汤，或者是两碗补血养生的鱼胶滋补品了，没有什么制作技术可言。炖鱼胶根本就没有什么技术，泡软用厨房剪刀剪成香口胶大小，厚的切丝成鱿鱼丝大小，加水，加冰糖，也可以加枸杞、花旗参，红枣，电炖锅里炖2-3个小时就行，就是一碗很受女士欢迎的甜品！怕腥的就放点姜片一起炖，或者炖好了放点浙醋去腥就行。
需要补气补血的个患者，配好每次一小包一小包的，适合患者的中药材，不能够吃渣的如黄芪，当归、党参等药材放一起炖药汤喝，血象很不好的隔天炖一次，一包炖一次，药渣炖一次一天喝完。预防性，/维持性质的补气补血患者，3-4天喝一包，康复期患者一周喝一包，或者一周两包，休息一个星期再喝。化疗期的患者千万不要多喝，中药都是需要肝肾功能帮助排毒的，不要过大的跟化疗药争夺肝肾代谢功能，加大肝肾功能的负担，化疗期患者一般选用适合自己肠胃和血象、生化功能指标的，又是药材又是食物的药材炖牛骨、猪骨汤喝，药材、药果都可以吃。
第四节 中药材亦果亦药的滋补药材很多，跟猪骨、牛骨一起炖汤，缺啥补啥，有益无害
术后和化疗期间西医普遍建议患者吃容易消化的高蛋白食物，活鱼、活虾，鳝鱼、泥鳅，黑鱼，牛肉，牛尾巴汤，鸡肉、鸭肉，鹅肉，鸽子，海参、鸡蛋；根据患者口味，每天轮流用猪排骨、猪手、鸡爪、鸡壳、（冬天羊蝎子）等骨肉类，炖元贝、花旗参、党参、当归、黄芪、枸杞，首乌、白芍、熟地、白蘑菇，山药，薏米，红枣、芡实、莲子、白果、等补血补气、补肾、补胃中药材（每次2–4样，药材配以患者喜欢的味道为主）做的老火汤，如五红汤，新鲜的蔬菜水果，香蕉和苹果比较适合肠癌患者吃，白细胞不合格需要打升白针的患者，可以考虑炖鱼胶吃，每天遛弯帮助肠胃消化吸收。
