第一节 从小肠胃虚寒胃溃疡，积累的肠胃调理知识和经验，结合传统的滋补养生知识，确保在化疗期间身体指标正常，体重不降反升。
我因从小肠胃虚寒，十几岁就胃疼，二十几岁时就胃溃疡出血，所以，从小就学习积累的肠胃调理知识，我19岁就开始单身生活，工作狂和学习迷的我，经常一餐饿一餐饱的会在某段时间觉得自己营养不良、身体透支严重时，都会买来几种我从小就熟悉的补血补气中药加上猪骨头和活鱼，熬成一大锅浓汤一喝就喝几天，通常喝完这锅汤之后人就会有一种“活过来”精力充沛的感觉。在大都市工作时没有了自己上山採中草药的条件，自己身体不舒服就只能够靠去药店买中成药自己调理自己，十几年下来基本就尝试、摸索出几种调理我虚寒肠胃和熬夜容易上虚火体质的中成药，这几种药是伴随我走南闯北永远不病倒的保证，整天单身出差的我旅途也确实病不起，每次出差都会在包里放着这几种中成药，身体有哪里不舒服基本都能够做到药到病除。术后和化疗期间我大量的吃新鲜的海鱼，做补气补血的药膳、药汤喝，结合自己成功控制住上吐下泻，又看大便的形状辨别自己的肠胃功能变化，适时用中成药调理肠胃和胃口，克服疗程第一周化疗药对肠胃的影响，每天勉强自己多吃鱼和喝浓鱼汤、浓肉汤；每天保持晚饭之后出去遛弯2小时帮助肠胃消化吸收；结果，我化疗期的体重不降反升，突破了几十年54公斤的体重极限，达到难得的56公斤。在患者化疗期间体重普遍下降的群友里算是一个另类的存在了！
而这些从小就千锤百炼的调理身体的方法却在术后化疗期间把我的身体血指标一直维持在健康的高水平上，因为胆结石2010年在北京朝阳医院做胆囊切除手术的时候，手术前一天肝胆外科医生来跟我讲解胆囊必须切除原因时，应我这个好学、喜欢打破砂锅问到底的人不断追问，肝胆外科医生给我上了一节精彩绝伦的科普课程，肝内胆每天生产胆汁流向胆囊，胆囊浓缩之后保存起来备用，胆囊由胆总管连接流向食道乳头，食道乳头探测到有油腻的食物经过的时候，就会自动通过神经通知胆囊，胆囊的平滑肌就会收缩挤出浓缩的胆汁，胆汁通过食道乳头泌出食道内，让胆汁参与油腻食物的分解工作；解释我前几天胆绞疼就是吃了肥腻的的东西，胆囊平滑肌接到乳头的通知激烈的收缩蠕动，造成胆囊摩擦胆囊内超过一公分的胆结石，才会引起激烈的胆绞疼，而医生昨天给我吃的西药就是遏制胆囊平滑肌蠕动的药物，它遏制了胆囊平滑肌的收缩功能，所以，胆囊就不会挤压、摩擦胆结石，从而达到胆囊不疼的效果，并忠告我胆囊必须切除，要不以后每次吃肥腻的东西都会胆绞疼，不及时吃药就会像这次一样整夜的疼，并告诉我胆囊切除之后，胆总管就会替代性的扩张，慢慢代替胆囊的功能，
我毅然听从医生的建议在第二天手术切除胆囊，而某种西药可以遏制人体某个平滑肌收缩、蠕动的原理一直记忆犹新，这也对我后期在几种止吐止泻药物里挑选两种特效止吐止泻药物时，选择了两种遏制肠胃平滑肌收缩蠕动的止吐止泻药物，起到了关键的启示作用，也让肠癌群里从此有了能够说明它的药物机理、能够药到病除的止吐止泻药物。群里从此再也没有化疗期间上吐下泻不能够处理的病例；偶尔有吃医生配的止吐止泻药物无效的群友，立即改吃术后群里建议备用的药物，基本都能够止吐止泻；但是护理、调理患者术后和放化疗期间大便紊乱，受化疗药物刺激的大便紊乱只是肠癌患者五种大便紊乱的其中一种。

化疗期间，得到医生那句多吃容易消化的高蛋白食物的医嘱之后，让我想起了传统我家产妇生完孩子，或者谁入院手术之后，都会炖几次在家里保存多年的鱼胶吃，据家庭传统的说法鱼胶是救命的宝贝，术后和产后、或者妇女血崩人体极度衰弱时，用鱼胶炖花旗参吃，能够很快的让产妇或病人很快恢复身体健康；而有钱人家妇女是周期量多后脸色青白，嘴唇没有血色，就炖几次鱼胶吃，吃几次就脸色恢复红润；而小时候我爸还买卖过鱼胶，从小就教我分别鱼胶真假好坏的知识，我家也常年家里都珍藏有鱼胶备用，24年前我太太生小男孩的时候，我就买了6斤的鱼胶给太太产后炖着吃，吃剩两斤放在家里24年一点都不坏，化疗期间我把家里两斤的鱼胶快吃完时，专门汇款让我汕头的家人去熟悉的鱼胶批发商那里再买了两斤每斤3000多元的鱼胶，我亲戚来香港游的时候，帮我送过来，术后和化疗期间我总共吃了四斤3000多元的鱼胶，而日常我每天自己去附近海鲜市场买新鲜的海鲜，按照我喜欢的方式做，还有经常去附近的日本超市买当天制作鱼生剩下的新鲜三文鱼鱼头，回家清蒸吃，这对稳定我的身体素质和血象，顺利完成化疗疗程起到至关重要的作用。
结合传统的养生食疗方法，化疗期间止吐止泻知识、看大便调理肠胃知识、中成药调理身体知识、传统的滋补和食疗知识一起成为我化疗期满足医生血象要求的利器，为群友争先模仿，成绩斐然。但是前几年鱼胶太贵我不敢推荐给一般的群友，除非那些血象很差不大补无法达到医生做化疗要求的患者，我才会个别告诉患者或家属现在大补才能够让血象升上去，让她们试试我行之有效的炖鱼胶吃的方法，还教会她们自己去港口城市的海味干货市场买鱼胶的时候，怎么选购鱼胶，什么是鱼胶的天然纹理，为什么透明的鱼胶比不透明带黄色的鱼胶好等购买鱼胶的知识，和炖鱼胶的方法，血象接近崩溃的患者吃过几次鱼胶之后反馈回来的效果都非常好，但是前几年的鮸鱼胶、金龙鱼胶等像现在的冬虫夏草一样被腐败送礼炒得太贵了，我一直不推荐患者吃它，而反腐之后送礼的需求减少，这两年的鱼胶大幅度的回到比较正常的价格了，我才在群里大面积的推广患者术后、化疗期血常规指标接近不合格边缘的患者吃鱼胶，几乎所有反馈回来的效果都非常正面和有效。
第三节 中西医理论和实践相结合，从看大便型状调理肠胃功能、提高患者高蛋白食物吸收能力入手，调理术后患者身体成效显著，几年来被术后患者和家属所模仿。
其实，人每天拉出来的大便，就是人体前两天整个消化系统的产成品，拉出来香蕉便了，证明这条消化系统的生产线是正常的，所以每天观察拉出来的大便调整自己的饮食结构，让这条生产线得到适合的原料；最简单的方法就是大便稀软多点吃温热食品，热性补品；大便干燥、便秘多点吃寒凉食品和水果蔬菜，患者术后肠胃功能受到严重破坏，自我调节恢复功能严重弱化，术后经常性的会反复于便秘、拉稀、湿热之间，患者发现自己的肠胃调节平衡不了了，就适时吃点相应的中成药帮助人体消化系统恢复正常运作，人体才能够有足够的营养供应全身，特别是术后化疗期的患者需要强大的身体素质去配合医生做放化疗治疗。
