肠癌2-3期患者不要跟医生讨价还价化疗次数和强度的原因

第一节  6年肠癌群经验，肠癌2-3期患者几乎没有过度治疗的病例，只有大量治疗不足导致复发转移的病例。

而犯这种错误而导致复发转移的患者和家属多了之后，群里就针对这个错误的治疗观念加以纠正，禁止群友聊偏方聊神医神药，禁止聊喝中药代替化疗；禁言或踢除该化疗不化疗的顽固分子在群里影响其他的群友；大力科普西医手术、放疗、化疗的必要性和医学机理，讲述以往不手术、不放化疗或少放化疗的患者复发的病例，在群文件里《入群必读！肠癌的治疗和护理、调理经验集成》文件里，“肠癌2-3期患者不要跟医生讨价还价化疗次数和强度”成为大标题；经过几年的不懈努力科普之后现在2000人的群友2-3期患者基本没有一个会跟医生讨价还价放化疗的强度和次数了；

而更多的是在地级市医院手术的患者或家属询问地级市医院化疗医生的化疗方案是不是做轻了？是不是要跟医生商量加重化疗强度，去补救这类不专业的医院医生手术切得不干净的隐患呢？1期术后不用化疗的患者和家属也纷纷在讨论，是不是应该跟医生商量口服卡倍他滨片做预防性的口服化疗呢？因为我们的原则是不能够否定任何一级医生的治疗方案，发现治疗方案不科学，跟代表国内最高诊治水平的十大肿瘤医院的治疗方案明显不一样，我们只能够让患者拿着材料去省肿瘤医院问专家，让专家去评审原方案是否合适，上一级医院的专家医生有专业资格，有能力去纠正下级医院不太完善的治疗方案。

第三节  术后病理肿瘤侵犯肠壁浅肌层的患者，要不要口服卡倍他滨片的讨论，也因为有几个群友几年前术后没有口服化疗而复发转移，而形成共识。

1期肿瘤侵犯浅肌层的患者，我们为什么不口服化疗药去降低10-15%的复发风险呢?这类患者不口服希罗达有10-15%的复发转移风险，在医院和医生来说这个复发率是可以接受的，只在医院的整体肠癌复发率上增加了1-2%的百分点而已，而落到具体复发转移的患者身上，就是100%的复发转移了，就是要命的四期了，这类患者和家属要在询问医生不口服化疗药日后复发转移的概率之后，跟医生商量开卡倍他滨片稳妥化疗的事宜！
