肠镜报告有下列一项表述者必须转院到省肿瘤医院以上专业医院治疗的原因
不管你是在什么医院确诊肠癌，若肠镜报告或医嘱里有下列任何一种病情描述者，应该立即转院到省肿瘤医院（中型国家就是国家级）以上专业肿瘤医院治疗：
肠镜报告描述肿瘤大于3*2*1。5cm的，肿瘤占肠腔二分之一以上的，占四分之三的，环腔生长的，肠腔狭窄肠镜不能通过的。肠镜报告有上述描述者以我的研究和6年群经验看过的超过2000张肠镜报告的经验，及后续患者做腹腔ct或核磁检查报告的印证，有上述描述之一的患者基本都属于三期肠癌，极少数是二期，患者肠腔内肿瘤的大小与肿瘤生长时间，和对肠壁浸润程度，对肠周和淋巴系统，神经系统、血管系统和周边组织和器官的侵犯能力成正比例；所以根据肠腔内肿瘤侵犯肠腔的情况程度，就基本可以预测到肠外有很高的周边侵犯概率，通常这种患者腹部ct或核磁检查报告出来，大概率起码都会有浆膜层（肠子的最外面一层）表面毛躁或褶皱，肠周有几枚淋巴结肿大，甚至肠外脂肪模糊不清、或者与某器官分界不清等肠外被侵犯的迹象；所以，此时患者和家属就要判断这家医院的肛肠外科医生是否具备专业技术给患者做三期以上肠癌手术，在ct或核磁报告，活检报告没出来之前（大概一周）事前了解所在省份专业肿瘤医院就医路径，等ct、核磁、活检、肿标报告出来之后，发现大概率是三期以上肠癌，就要果断的转院到省肿瘤医院治疗，而不要再在这家医院做其它的检查了，因为省肿瘤医院一般不认可地级市医院的ct、核磁检查报告，都要自己重新做一遍细致的核磁检查，才能够作为病情轻重、肿瘤的三维位置做出科学专业的治疗方案依据，拿别的医院检查报告做病情依据就匆忙手术的医院，一般都不是专业医院的审慎风格，所以，患者转院不要计较专业医院重复做已经在原来医院做过的ct或者核磁检查，还要做重复检查，专业医院的医生是为了准确的判断肿瘤的位置和病情，是一种负责任的专业做法。
检查报告有上述一项描述符合者，说明肠癌绝大概率已经是三期肠癌了，其实，三期肠癌肿瘤不用等到突破肠腔直接侵犯周边器官与脂肪，就可以通过肠壁深肌层遍布的淋巴管跑到肠外，侵犯肠周的第一站淋巴结系统，进而侵犯肠系膜或筋膜上的第二站淋巴结，侵犯周边组织和功能器官；这种肠镜报告有上述描述之一患者，手术时肿瘤医院医生要很专业的清理周边的淋巴结12个以上，（给我做手术的专家医生清理了37个淋巴结）不管淋巴结肿大与否，专业肿瘤医院的专家医生做过这类手术多，对肿瘤肠段周边的三站淋巴结系统分布、淋巴管走向、各个淋巴结位置了如指掌，对漏切被侵犯的淋巴结后果理解深刻，手术时可以很熟练、很负责任的清除第一站和第二站、第三站淋巴结，而不管淋巴结肿大不肿大，专业医生都会仔细的切除出来做活检，以免术后有被侵犯而有没有肿大被漏切的淋巴结成为星星之火复发转移的火种，复查发现时已经进入晚期而酿成大错。
